MISSION STATEMENT

     The future of our women and men, thus society itself, rests on the shoulder of the “elder” women and men to impart to others wisdom – spiritually, mentally, socially and physically. Government in and of itself cannot nor was it designed to take the place of human involvement, Women On Route To Higher Heights and Warriors On Route To Higher Heights (W.O.R.T.H.H.) Ministries was born of the desire to fill this need, with the help of God.

     The mission of W.O.R.T.H.H. is to provide a forum and support for people to develop outreach programs for women and girls and men and boys of all ages in our community. 

    W.O.R.T.H.H. is women and men ministering (the act or process of serving) a movement (activities of a group of people to achieve a specific goal: tactical or strategic change) in the community at large.

GOAL

     The goal of W.O.R.T.H.H. is to develop and or/sponsor community-based programs for women and girls and men and boys that will provide avenues for personal and educational goal setting, commitment to community development and spiritual growth.                                                                                                  

     Partnerships will be sought with local organizations and community groups, churches, businesses and corporations. The role of the partners will be to provide site locations for W.O.R.T.H.H. programs and/or funding.     

     After W.O.R.T.H.H. completes its community program, church partners will be asked to “adopt” the women or girls, men or boys to provide a community support base to enable a continuum of growth.
